So what exactly does a transformational coach do?

We’re often referred to as “change agents”. My role is to help you understand the underlying drivers behind your actions, habits, and desires and then guide you in making choices that align with your true self. Rather than simply setting goals, I work with you to explore the deeper motivations behind those goals, facilitating meaningful and sustainable transformation.

Why don’t I focus on a specific niche?

Some coaches specialise in ONE specific area like relationships, career, or health. While this can be effective for marketing purposes, I take a different approach.

I believe in coaching the whole person, not just the topic you bring to the table. No matter what area of life you’re struggling with, whether it’s people pleasing, self sabotage, procrastination, fear of failure or confidence there’s often a common thread - a limiting belief or mindset that’s holding you back.

If you already know what you need to do but find yourself unable to take action, it’s likely due to an unsurfaced thinking pattern. As your coach, my focus is on helping you uncover and shift these limiting beliefs, regardless of the specific topic you bring to the coaching session.

Each session can vary, but normally I draw on a series of insightful questions and reflections to help you find the answers needed to head towards your goals.
